Refund, Return and Exchange Policy

Digital products: No refunds, returns or exchanges are acceptable from products purchased from thetrudz.com due to the nature of digital products. Once a customer has access to said product, which happens upon purchase and download, the customer accepts the product. If there are any technical issues with use of the product, those will be corrected and resent within 14 days, upon receipt of email from the customer. However, no refund will be issued.

Print products: No refunds or returns are acceptable for print products. As a one-person indie artist and creator, it is untenable to manage such returns. However, exchanges can be made if the product has errors associated with its actual production. Errors or damage associated with the shipping and delivery of products by USPS or other shipper should be reported to the applicable shipper.
